Steacyite is a relatively rare mineral that forms small crystals that are often cross-twinned. First discovered in 1982 in Canada. In Russia, it occurs only in two manifestations: in the Murun massif and in the Khibiny (Kukisvumschorr town). Glows green under UV light. Radioactive.
