Perelivt is a fine-grained dickite-quartz aggregate with a layered structure. It strongly resembles agate, without actually being one. Previously, A.E. Fersman attributed it to the quartz-chalcedony group, until the latest research revealed the opposite. Found in the Urals near the village of Shaitanka.
You can see Perelivt stone for sale and buy it in the Minerals of Russia online store.
