Tinaksite is a mineral first discovered in Russia, namely, in the Murun alkaline massif. Until now, only two manifestations of tinaxite have been discovered in the world, both in Russia: the Murun massif and the city of Yugspor, the Khibiny. Forms well-formed prismatic crystals and radially radiant rosette-like aggregates.
